The Mission

Our mission is to create and advocate for equitable restorative resources that serve carceral populations and the community.

It!!!

Join us in compassionate and purpose-filled spirits as we celebrate and honor an extraordinary moment in an ongoing journey of transformation and healing. On February 26, 2026, at Lancaster State Prison, we will mark a profound milestone: the completion of our first in-person Restorative Resource Transformation and Healing Cohort held inside prison walls.

Rooted in relationship, redemption, and restoration, this moment recognizes the courage, commitment, and collective practice of the men who are trailblazing a new path as SAGE Practitioners. What we honor here is not an ending, but a living continuation; an embodied practice of healing, accountability, and restoration that extends beyond this moment and into the world through each person who carries it forward.

SAGE Workbooks COMING SOON: available for prisons, schools, churches, & families.

"This organization is built around six core principles. We are COMMITTED to COMPASSION, which naturally fosters CONNECTION. This connection sparks meaningful CONVERSATION, and from those conversations, a strong sense of COMMUNITY emerges. Through this community, we cultivate belonging, creating pathways that lead toward restorative, systemic, and generational CHANGE."

"Tearless grief bleeds inwardly."
~Christian Nestell Bovee

"There is no pain so great as the memory of joy in present grief."
~Ancient Greek Tragedian Aeschylus

"There is no grief like the grief that does not speak."
~Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
