Caregivers

Providing a space for those who give care, often at the expense of their own emotional well-being.
Caregivers—whether for aging parents, spouses, children with special needs, or loved ones with chronic illness—carry a heavy emotional burden. This group offers a safe space to acknowledge grief in all its forms: anticipatory grief, grief over loss of self-identity, or grief due to the stress of caregiving. We focus on self-care, setting boundaries, and finding strength in community.

Couples

Helping partners navigate grief together and strengthen their emotional connection during difficult times.

Pet Owners

A safe, supportive, and confidential space where individuals can come together to navigate the complexities of grief following the loss of a beloved pet. The bond we share with our pets is often profound, and losing them can leave a deep emotional void. Whether you're coping with the unexpected passing of your companion, struggling with feelings of guilt, or simply processing the sorrow of their absence, you're not alone. This space is designed to support individuals of all ages and experiences.

Domestic Violence Survivors/Victims

This group offers a compassionate, safe space for individuals who have experienced domestic violence. Facilitated by trained professionals, the group focuses on emotional support, building resilience, and reclaiming a sense of personal power. Topics include healing from trauma, rebuilding self-esteem, establishing boundaries, and navigating life after violence. The goal is to help victims regain control of their lives and find strength in shared experiences.

Domestic Violence Offenders

For individuals who have caused harm in relationships, this group focuses on accountability, understanding the root causes of violent behavior, and committing to change. Facilitated by professionals experienced in restorative justice, the group works on breaking the cycle of violence, exploring healthy communication, anger management, and non-violent conflict resolution. Our aim is to help offenders take responsibility for their actions, heal, and develop healthier relationships.

Children impacted by Domestic Violence

This group offers age-appropriate support and activities for children who have witnessed or experienced domestic violence. Through creative and interactive methods, children learn to express their emotions, understand the impact of domestic violence, and develop tools for coping with their experiences. The group focuses on building self-worth, promoting emotional expression, and teaching healthy relationship skills in a supportive environment.
